I want to share a great soulfood recipe with you I like to use every day...
- Take one human being (YOU) outdoors for at least 15 minutes.
- Stand amongst trees🌲🌳nature🍂🍁to be near birds, bunnies and bees (or any kind of wildlife 🐝🐰🐶) is optimal!
- Breathe in deeply for 5 seconds...hold it for 5 seconds...breathe out for 5 seconds, repeat🌟
