True story!

Becoming a Natural Foods Chef is a very rewarding thing to do, but it’s definitely taking a toll on my body! After a long day in the kitchen I come home to my yoga mat where I iron out all the kinks and tight bits – headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain be GONE!

Here’s the 15 minute cleansing yoga flow I practice to detoxify my muscles and joints. I hope it works for you too.
