Recipe for the Breath…

I want to share a great soulfood recipe with you I like to use every day…
- Take one human being (YOU) outdoors for at least 15 minutes.
- Stand amongst trees🌲🌳nature🍂🍁to be near birds, bunnies and bees (or any kind of wildlife 🐝🐰🐶) is optimal!
- Breathe in deeply for 5 seconds…hold it for 5 seconds…breathe out for 5 seconds, repeat🌟
This is called ‘box breathing’ which, if done correctly, can help you feel as though you’ve just woken from the best sleep EVER!
Never underestimate the power of your breath, it can save you, literally, in times of crisis, severe stress and sadness. It can also add to your happiness and calm state of mind – so it really is true – the best things in life ARE free!! 😃🌱😤
