Tired of smoothies and herbal teas? This milkly melange will your satisfy sweet cravings whilst supporting your insides to work well. Aside from the healthy fats provided by the nut milk, this tasty treat contains more than two dozen anti-inflammatory compounds, thanks to a very important component called curcumin.

I first began cooking with Turmeric around the time my father was diagnosed with cancer. At that point in my life I was largely unaware of just ho powerful food can be. Cut to now, after becoming a Natural Foods Chef, and I have a whole new respect for food, but also my love for spices has grown. I will be sharing more spice-related, health supportive dishes very soon. Let’s start with this treat, I hope you enjoy every sip :)
