From my ❤️ to yours, here’s a great, savoury snack you can make that’s filled with protein and great dietary fibre…

Really Roasted Chickpeas
Recipe type: Savoury Snacks,Plant-Based,Quick and Easy
  1. Drain and rinse 1 cup chickpeas
  2. Place in a small bowl
  3. Add 2 tablespoons coconut/olive oil
  4. Add 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  5. Add 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  6. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Mix to coat, then spread out on a baking tray, place in oven for 8-10 mins at 180C/350F to make them sizzle...
  8. Turn oven down to 100C/200F and leave for a further 10-20 mins until they shrink and crack open - resembling the ones in my picture above
  9. Remove and leave to cool before devouring in delight 👌🏻
