Moreish Mashed Banana Topping
Happy Tuesday! Try this easy peasy, potassium-rich treat the next time you need a health supportive topping for breakfast (or dessert!).
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil.
- In a small saucepan, mash banana and strawberries together and combine with coconut oil over a medium heat.
- Remove when you are satisfied with the flavour and enjoy!
