Kale Smoothie
Recipe type: Elixirs and Tonics
Cuisine: Smoothie
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 scoop protein powder (OPTIONAL and your choice, I use brown rice protein)
  • ½ cucumber
  • ¼ cup almonds (or any other nut)
  • ½ cup strawberries or raspberries
  • ½-1 tablespoon honey (OPTIONAL and raw is best)
  • ½ cup milk (I suggest coconut for a creamier, sweeter taste)
  • ½ cup water (filtered is best)
  1. Whizz all of the ingredients up and drink from your favourite glass or mug for an added touch of SHINE.
