Ok…. So Bareburger has become a firm favourite of my beloved’s and mineΒ – it’s the perfect food to nourish our bodies after working all day long on some very exciting projects! πŸ’«πŸ™πŸ» All food is organically grown and clean as clean can be πŸ‘ŒπŸ» Aside from the actual food-food, I love their condiments: ketchup and yellow mustard – both made with REAL, natural products that make me smile πŸ˜ƒ

Last night I had a chat with one of the friendly chefs who (kindly) agreed to pass on his recipe for clean mustard. I’ve tweaked it a little, because I’m a Natural Foods Chef who can’t help herself – ai’ve added a few little health supportive additions to make ultra healing and supportive to the gut! Hope you enjoy! 😘✌🏻️

Ingredients
  • 💫3/4 cup ground organic yellow mustard seed
  • 💫1/2 cup organic, raw apple cider vinegar
  • 💫1/4 cup filtered water
  • 💫1 tsp sea salt
  • 💫1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 💫1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 💫1/4 teaspoon paprika 💫Pinch (if you're game!) of chilli powder
Instructions
  1. 🌱Mix all ingredients well - I do this by hand which works well but you can use a blender or food processor.
  2. 🌱Pour into a glass jar and leave to ferment at room temperature for 1-2 days (1 day if it's HOT where you are, 2 days if it's cold) before placing in the fridge. Mustard should last several months if stored in the fridge 🌟
