Superfood Carrots
Recipe type: Savoury Snacks,Plant-Based,Paleo,Quick and Easy
  1. Give them a good scrub, with the skin ON - more nutrients this way!
  2. Mix them together with a 'glug' of extra virgin olive oil + a sprinkle of iodised sea salt for added goodness!
  3. Pop them on a lined baking tray and roast for about 10 - 15 mins in an oven at 200C/400F.
  4. Remove and devour 'as is' or as a side to your main meal
