Healthy (Magical) Mustard

  • 💫3/4 cup ground organic yellow mustard seed
  • 💫1/2 cup organic, raw apple cider vinegar
  • 💫1/4 cup filtered water
  • 💫1 tsp sea salt
  • 💫1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 💫1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 💫1/4 teaspoon paprika 💫Pinch (if you're game!) of chilli powder
  1. 🌱Mix all ingredients well - I do this by hand which works well but you can use a blender or food processor.
  2. 🌱Pour into a glass jar and leave to ferment at room temperature for 1-2 days (1 day if it's HOT where you are, 2 days if it's cold) before placing in the fridge. Mustard should last several months if stored in the fridge 🌟
