Healthy Chocolate Tonic Smoothie

- 2 cups coconut milk
- ½ medium, ripe pear
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 handful lettuce or spinach
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch sea salt
- TOPPINGS: shredded coconut, cacao nibs or crushed, raw nuts
- Blend everything until well combined. Drink, slurp, SMILE and enjoy x
