Chia Porridge Perfection!
Recipe type: Breakfast, Quick and Easy,5 minutes or less
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup chia seed
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ pear (or ½ a banana)
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for a few minutes before pouring into a saucepan to warm (if it's cold out! If not, eat 'as is'). Transfer to a bowl and devour in a peaceful setting. 🙏🏻
