Anti Inflammatory Elixir
Recipe type: Elixirs and Tonics
  • 1 cup tart cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup packed, organic spinach
  • ½ cup packed fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric + teensy tiny pinch of black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 200mls water
  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender (in the order above) and blend on HIGH.
  2. Strain through a nut milk bag and drink immediately to reap the benefits!
