Forbidden Rice JING Porridge
Recipe type: Breakfast
  • 50g organic black rice washed, rinsed, then boiled until cooked
  • 1 TBS organic goji berries + 1 TBS organic raisins (I like to use dried fruit from absolute_organic), soaked together in ½ cup warm water – keep the water.
  • 1 TBS coconut butter
  • 2-3 tsp raw, organic cane sugar
  1. Combine cooked rice with soaked gojis, raisins and soaking water in a small saucepan over a low heat.
  2. Add the coconut butter and sugar. Stir well to combine everything thoroughly.
  3. Serve along with the sweetened goji/coconut broth. Want more broth? Just add more water.
