Blue Bloob Smoothie
Recipe type: Elixirs and Tonics
  • 1 tablespoon Super Sprout blueberry powder OR you can use 1 heaped tsp of e3 live Australia which is what’s in the pic above
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk (+ more if you want a runnier smoothie)
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 whole vanilla bean or 1 tbs vanilla extract)
  • 4 dates, pitted OR 1 tbs date syrup (I love @thedatelady)
  • 1 tbs coconut cream
  • Small pinch sea salt
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and serve in a tall jar. Sprinkle with your fav toppings like shredded coconut, cacao nibs, bee pollen and crushed nuts/seeds.
