Food for the soul AND the body! I can’t recommend this book more – have you read it? And this smoothie…simple but sensational for your bod and your tastebuds šŸŒ±šŸ‘ŒšŸ»šŸ’š

East Green Smoothie Bowl
Recipe type: Elixirs and Tonics
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seed OR 1 scoop protein (I used @180nutrition vegan coconut blend)
  • 1 cup brewed tea - I used raspberry leaf (if you watch my latest Insta video, you'll know it's GREAT for the uterus 💗)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • ½ avocado or 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • ½ cup yoghurt or kefir (I used coconut kefir I made 2 days ago, hello probiotics!!!)
  1. Blitz all of this together in a blender and pour into a bowl - why? Because eating this with a spoon will slow you down - MUCH better for digestion which begins in your mouth 👄🙏🏻
