Here’s the 15 minute cleansing yoga flow I practice to detoxify my muscles and joints. I hope it works for you too.
This 15 minute practice incorporates powerful yoga poses to flush toxins out of your body and deliver fresh oxygenated blood to your brain. This is a very cleansing, healing practice.
Take some time out for you and give this flow a go. Clear a space, grab a mat and leave your phone in another room – this is your time, so be present and listen in to hear how you’re body is feeling. Enjoy!
