How do you holiday? This is a glimpse into mine - happily exploring beautiful Byron Bay with my beloved @benjaminshinestudio, taste testing new and exciting things like this 'Blue Majik' elixir made lovingly by the folks @spicebyronbay 
.
Earlier today we took a walk on the beach to feed our innate yearning to connect with nature ☀️ In my opinion, nothing compares to taking a BIG breath of fresh, salty sea air while feeling the soft sand underneath your bare feet 
.
It sometimes takes a HUGE effort to do this - to plan, take and travel to a 'holiday destination', but when you get there it suddenly makes all sense right?
.
Because you're not meant to have a human experience where all you do is work, work, work - even if you love what you do, we all must take time away from our regular routine to feed other parts of our soul 
.
Plus, it's always fun to meet new people who may just blow your mind and expand your horizons (shoutout to all my beautiful friends I've met on my travels thus far! )
.
*Steps off soapbox and resumes consuming curious, yet delicious blue drink*

Ok, that's enough from me, except to say I really do hope you make time for you NOW ⏰ .
Today, start by making time to create something as deliciously nourishing as the drink in this picture - the recipe I share below is for a deliciously healthy smoothie that will refresh and replenish your insides

BLUE BLOOB SMOOTHIE

YOU NEED:
.
✨1 tablespoon @super_sprout blueberry powder OR you can use 1 heaped tsp of @e3liveaustralia which is what's in the pic above 
.
1 cup full fat coconut milk (+ more if you want a runnier smoothie)
.
1 frozen banana, sliced
.
1 whole vanilla bean or 1 tbs vanilla extract)
.
4 dates, pitted OR 1 tbs date syrup (I love @thedatelady) .
1 tbs coconut cream
.
Small pinch sea salt
.
YOU DO:
.
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and serve in a tall jar. Sprinkle with your fav toppings like shredded coconut, cacao nibs, bee pollen and crushed nuts/seeds.
