Before things kick off, I’m taking time to eat breakfast mindfully, chewing every little bit. Chia and flax porridges can be so easy to devour FAST which isn’t great for your digestive system. A little tip – add ‘chewy’ things in…like crunchy cacao nibs, sulphur-free dried fruit or dried shredded coconut to munch, crunch and slow yourself down.
