Countdown to #Revitalise2016

September 9, 2016

In t-minus 4 days, my beloved and I are leaving London on yet another adventure… This time, we’re headed to Arizona to attend the much anticipated mindbodygreen event: ‘#revialise2016’. This will be our first time attending in the flesh which is so SUPER exciting – I can’t think of a better way to spend a weekend away than learning, sharing and celebrating new health and wellness information with likeminded people #bringiton

And the best bit?Aside from the stellar line-up of speakers, (including doctors Frank Lipman and David Perlmutter, plus Gossip Girl actress and ‘wellness enthusiast’ Kelly Rutherford to name a few…) e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e can be involved, including YOU! To be sure you don’t miss a thing, just sign up here and stay tuned.

I can’t wait to share my experiences and learnings with you! I’ll be meditating with Charlie Knoles, having my microbiome tested by Dr Amy Shah and experiencing what’s it’s like to have your tongue read with Dr Taz Bhatia – this is in addition to all the workshops and lectures, the hikes and yoga classes I’ll be attending….EPIC!

In terms of having your microbiome tested, I highly recommend it! It’s been a while since I last had my gut bacteria tested, so I’m really looking forward to seeing how my healing is progressing. If you’re a frequent visitor to my page, you’d know I’ve come from a place where sickness, fatigue and malnutrition was my universe for 3.5 years. It feels good to stand strong these days, with healthy fat on my body, fresh calcium in my bones and thriving proteins supporting all the muscles of my body. If you’re new to this page and wondering ‘how did she do it?’ I can tell you my healing began with my gut…the second brain…and source of all sickness and health. Until I knew what was (or in my case: wasn’t!) going on in my gut, every other healing modality I tried (including eating clean, juicing, you-name-it-I-tried-it) just wouldn’t work.

There’s so much more I want to share with you on this topic, which is why I have begun working on a video series of gut-healing foods that I will share with you in the new year. In the meantime, you can access all of my past health-supportive stuff via my You Tube channel, take a look and don’t forget to subscribe so you don’t miss a thing!

Alright! It’s time to start planning and packing. As always, I wish you much health, happiness and love.
