Ahhhh, those amazing little bees and what they can create…🐝 This is organic bee pollen – a fun, tasty ingredient I use occasionally to top porridges and smoothies for an extra dose of sweet-tasting antioxidants, vitamins and minerals 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

But this post isn’t about bee pollen, (one of nature’s most completely nourishing foods rich in proteins, free amino acids, and vitamins, including B-complex and folic acid), it’s about our wonderful little bees responsible for every 1 in 3 bites of food you eat🌟 Did you know bees perform about 80% of all pollination across the globe?🌟 And that a single bee colony can pollinate 300 million flowers each day – whaaaaaat?! Yep, grains are primarily pollinated by the wind, but everything else: fruits, nuts & vegetables are pollinated by bees

Sadly, bee populations are still in decline around the world due to drought, ongoing pesticide use, habitat destruction, air pollution and global warming – most things we’re led to believe we don’t have much control over, but you, me, WE do! 💪🏻👊🏻
