Berry Easy Chia Smoothie

It’s an early start today because I’m headed overseas with my beloved @benjaminshinestudio💗✈️ If you’re always ‘on the go’ here’s a healthy, filling meal that’s fast, nutritious and super YUM!

Blend:

  • 1 cup nut milk – I use coco or rice
  • 1/4 cup chia seed
  • 1/4 avocado – sub for 2 tbs nut butter
  • 1 handful lettuce – avoid bitter greens
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon tahini – un-hulled is more nutritious 
  • Pinch sea salt
