Beautiful Broccoli Mash

Here’s a very simple, very green nourishing, protein-packed snack…

  1. Blend 1 small head of broccoli until it’s completely pulverised, then
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of virgin coco oil + 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast flakes + 1/2 an avocado.
  3. Great heated or eaten cold, so that part is up to you… And before devouring, sprinkle some nigella seeds over the top which are AMAZING for your health and wellbeing 👌🏻 Nigella seeds are a great, health-supportive ingredient that help decrease small particle LDL (naughty ‘bad’ cholesterol) PLUS they’ve been proven to help lower blood pressure, they have anti-asthmatic properties AND they’ve been proven to protect brain tissue from radiation-induced stress (if you’re a nerd like me, take a look at this PubMed research paper that will blow your mind, pardon the pun!).Enjoy x 😘
