STOP!!!!! Don’t throw away those garlic bulbs you forgot about that are now spouting bright green shoots – they’re actually really, really, ridiculously GOOD for you! 🌱👌🏻 While some sprouting veggies (like potatoes) can be dangerous to eat after they’ve grown green shoots, it’s SO not the case with sprouted garlic!
